SVS was founded in 1998 in Ohio — and over the following two decades defined its own category: subwoofers with reference-tier extension at prices that don't start at the six-figure budget. The SB and PB Series, the 16-Ultra and 17-Ultra reference models, and the complete tower-and-centre line-ups have grown SVS from a pure subwoofer specialist into a serious home-cinema full-line brand — without losing the bass-first identity.

An SVS sign belongs in a room where bass isn't an accessory. Owners of a PB-3000 or PB-16 Ultra, several subs in dual or quad configurations, or an SVS tower setup with Prime Pinnacle. Home-cinema builders who know what 20 Hz actually feels like when it's reproduced — not just "suggested".
