Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of an order of multiple goods within a single order with separate delivery, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
