Audio Physic was founded in 1985 in Brilon, Germany — and has been the German loudspeaker maker whose design philosophy revolves around a single idea: the speaker should disappear in the listening room. Narrow baffles, acoustically decoupled drivers, unconventional cabinet geometries — the brand has consistently worked towards a sound stage that comes from the room, not from the boxes. The Tempo, Avantera and Cardeas lines have been examples of this for years.
