JVC — founded in Japan in 1927 — has consistently delivered one thing for more than two decades: home-cinema projectors with the native contrast against which the rest of the industry measures itself. D-ILA is JVC's own technology and the reason many home-cinema enthusiasts look at JVC for their first proper projection. Black here isn't "dark grey because projector" — it's black.
A JVC sign belongs in a room where black level isn't negotiable. Owners of a DLA-NZ generation, an NX Series, or an older Procision unit still delivering years on. Cinephiles who watch films in a properly darkened room and treat stray light as a problem. People who know what "native black" means — and why a 1,000,000:1 marketing figure usually means nothing.

I have a purchased a number of these signs over the last two years to put outside the door of our home theater. They are very sturdy and look great. The packaging has recently improved with a nice box and more careful wrapping that was a nice surprise with this order. I will keep buying these as I update and change the equipment in my room!
