The Imaging Science Foundation was founded in 1994 by Joel Silver to do one specific thing: train calibrators and certify displays to a verifiable, repeatable image standard. Three decades later, ISF Certified is the most widely recognised display-calibration credential in the custom-install world — picked up by manufacturers from Sony Bravia through LG OLED to JVC projection, and by the calibrators who measure them on Calman or ChromaPure. ISF Day and ISF Night modes exist for a reason: because a room dark enough for cinema doesn't show the same image as a room with windows.
An ISF Certified sign belongs in a room that was measured, not eyeballed. Owners of an ISF Day/Night-calibrated display or projector. Custom installers who hand the client a calibration report at handover. Cinephiles who know their gamma target, their colour-space, and which white point they actually live at.
The natural spot: beside the calibrated display or projector, on the equipment-rack wall, or at the entrance of the dedicated cinema.
